Oven Baked whole Red Snapper Fish

After our discussion in our room about heath conscious we decided to make a 
healthy recipe for our dinner. So, we have choose baked fish. Its always very 
healthy if we take baked fish instead of deep fried or roasted. While baking, all the nutrients remain same in the fish. 
That's the reason our ancestors preferred lot of baked food.


Ingredients:


Red snapper fish (Cleaned) - 2
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Lemon - 1
Garlic - 4 pods
Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Salt as required

Steps:


Make thin slices of onion, tomatoes, garlic and lemon.
Mix soy sauce, oil, red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt in a bowl and stir it.
Its always the bottom side will be opened in the cleaned fish . So just take the 
fishes check whether any unwanted stuff's there before use. Thoroughly, wash in 
the running water.
Now remove the excess moist using a paper towel.
Just make slits on both sides of fish one inch once.
Stuff the lemon, tomatoes, onion and garlic slices inside the belly as much as
possible. Apply soy sauce mix as well. Now apply soy sauce on top of fish(both 
sides). Place the fishes on top of tomato, lemon, onion, garlic bed on a baking pan. 
Spread the left over slices and coriander leaves on top of fish.
Preheat oven for 450°F. Place the baking pan gently inside the oven and cook for
 25 minutes.
Take out the pan and carefully transfer fishes in a serving plate. Use the same 
cooked slices for garnishing.
Now very healthy fish is ready to serve.
