Simple Spicy Mushroom Masala Dry/Curry

Today I decided to consume low fat, vitamin B and D rich food and suitable for 
chappathi. Mushroom curry. Let's see this simple recipe.




Ingredients:


Mushroom - 300g
Onion -1
Tomato - 1
Green chilli - 2
Ginger garlic paste - ¾ tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Garam masala -½ tsp
Thyme - ½ tsp
Oil for seasonings
Salt for taste

Steps:

Wash the mushroom thoroughly and cut into cubes.
Make the tomato into puree.
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan. Once oil hot add cumin seeds.
When cumin seeds color changes, add chopped onion and green chilli. Stir it and 
cook for a minute.
Once onion gets translucent, add ginger garlic paste and stir it. Add 3 tsp of water 
and cook this for 3 minutes.

Then add tomato puree and stir it. Now add red chilli , turmeric , coriander and 
garam masala powder and stir it. Cook this for another 1 minute to remove the 
raw smell. Once gravy thickening, add cut mushroom and stir it.


No need to add water since mushroom will leave some water once it is wilted. 
Finally add salt as per the taste.


Then sprinkle thyme for extra flavor.
Now simple mushroom curry is ready to gain our vitamin B and D.
