Turkey Leg Tandoori

Thanks giving festival coming soon. This is the time to think about Turkey leg preparation. Preparing and giving a turkey legs for our neighbors with special thanks is obviously special. Lets learn how to make turkey leg for making your thanks giving special.


Ingredients:


Turkey legs - 2
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Vinegar - 2 tablespoon
Curd/Yogurt - 2 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste - ½ teaspoon
Olive oil - 3 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Steps:


Mix all the ingredients except turkey legs together in a bowl and make a thick batter.

Wash the turkey legs well and remove the moisture using kitchen towel
Gently pull the skin down and make slits inside it. Do not remove completely.
Now apply the masala batter inside the slits and cover back with the turkey skin. Now apply masala over the turkey legs completely.
Marinate this legs for 1 hour.
Place the legs on a baking pan and place the pan inside an oven.
Broil this for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, open oven and flip into other side. Broil for another 25 minutes.
Now turkey legs tandoori is ready to serve.

Simple Garlic Shrimp

Winter is coming soon and feeling cold already. Off course it will be good if we have some hot snack item. That too it is very good if it is a sea food. Ok, no surprise. Lets make very simple Garlic Shrimp.


Ingredients:


Butter - ½ stick
Shrimp - ½ cup
Black pepper powder - ½ tablespoon
Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
Hot red chilli sauce - 2 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Steps:


Heat a pan and melt butter.

Once butter melted completely, add washed shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
Then add pepper and garlic powder and stir it. Add vinegar.

Add hot sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
Now wonderful and tasty shrimp is ready to serve.
