Goat Brain Fry

Brain masala fry, a usually preferred recipe to prepare once in a while by the tempting flavors of this dish and the rich health benefits it provides. The tender meat always melting in the mouth in one reason even kids like to have without any nagging. Out of all the meat preparations present, this soft meat allows us to relish its each bite making a stable.



Ingredients
Goat brain – 1
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Sesame Oil - 2tsp
Salt as required

Steps:
Clean and remove the outer layer of 1 goat brain. Also wash thoroughly .
Add 1 cup of water in a pan and bring to boil.



Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tsp of Chilli powder, 2tsp of sesame oil with boil water and keep on boil.



Now add ¼ tsp of pepper powder, required salt with hot water and keep boil.



After 1 minute, add washed goat brain and reduce the flame into medium.



Keep cook for 5 minutes. The water will be reduced completely.



At this time you can split the brain into pieces as per your need by your spatula.
Now add ¼ tsp of pepper powder and stir it gently.



Transfer into a plate and serve hot.
