Imitation Crab Flake Fry

You would see Imitation Crab flake on California roll, USA. This Imitation Crab will flavor
like crab, but actually it is not crab meat. This is made of Fish meat paste called Surimi.
Surimi is often made from pollock fish with fillers and flavorings like starch, sugar, egg
whites, and crab flavoring. Obviously it will have less nutritious than real crab, but its not
stopping us from eating it. Lets get started.

Ingredients:
Imitation crab flakes - 200 gram
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Green chilli - 4
Chopped Garlic - 5 pods
Chopped Ginger - 1 inch
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt as required
Oil for seasoning
Steps
Add 4 tsp of oil in a pan and heat. Once oil hot add 1 tsp butter and melt.
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and leave until starts change in color.
Then add 5 chopped garlic pods, 1 inch chopped ginger, 4 chopped green chillies and fry it.
Now add 1 chopped onion and cook till translucent.
Then add 1 chopped tomato, ½ tsp turmeric powder and required salt cook until tomato
become soft.
At this time add 200gm imitation crab flakes and stir it.
Now add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala and stir it.
Then add a cup of water and cook for 5 minutes.
After water dried, add a spoon of soy sauce and stir it.
Finally garnish with coriander leaves.

Now imitation crab flake fry is ready to serve.
