Star Anise
We have seen this star anise, also known as Annachi flower, in curries and in biryani varieties. Star anise is one of the most important spices used in India. It also has some other names like ‘Annasi Mokku’, Takkolam, Star Anise. It is used not only for fragrance but also for food decoration and medicine.

Star Anise origin

Star Anise native is China. This flower has been used in Chinese Ayurvedic medicine. It has gradually spread to all countries and is now an indispensable spice in India.

Star Anise oil

Oils are also made from the this flower. This oil cures all skin allergies. This oil helps to regulate blood flow and strengthen the nerves. It mainly contains anethole, estrogol, foniculin, limonene, methyl keyhole, linoleic acid and palmitic acid. So it has a lot of medicinal properties that we don’t know about.

The old men add this star-shaped seed to boiling water and drink it. They also add it to the spices we use every day, such as garam masala. This flower is an indispensable spice in all dishes cooked using spices in India.

A few will have a sour belch problem. This will make them uncomfortable. This seed is the best solution for such people. If you take half a gram of this seed powder and eat it with water three times a day after meals, you will not get sour belching.

Roast anise seed and make powder and take half a spoon of it, add cumin and pepper to it, boil it, and filter it. Add honey and drink it in the morning and evening to cure colds, flu and cough.

Muscle pain heals

Roast this seed and make powder and take 100 ml each of castur oil and sesame oil and boil it as an ointment. Applying this ointment for muscle aches cures muscle pain. Adjusts muscle grip. Relieves tension when rubbed on the forehead.
